The Great Outdoors
Our model home and selection center is located in The Great Outdoors RV and Golf Resort. One of our current projects is building resort homes inside this unique RV and Golf resort. These homes can be customized to your individual specifications or you can have one designed for your specific needs. The new subdivision within The Great Outdoors, Hidden Lakes, consists of high end luxury homes nestled in a natural setting. Some of our other projects include Sugar Mill Gardens and the up and coming Fisherman’s Cove.

Sugar Mill Gardens
We currently have 6 plans designed for this beautiful new subdivision, but we will not stop there. All of our homes are cost engineered so that our customers get more for less. Because we try to pack the most into our homes, for the money, it takes many hours to finalize our homes. Fisherman’s Cove
